I have nothing but great things to say about these guys!! My mother was diagnosed with a chronic illness and after traditional pain management didn't help much we decided to purchase a vaporizer and attempt an alternative therapy. And wow, these guys know their stuff!! We had question upon question and they answered every one concisely and promptly!! My mother is feeling great and we are so relieved! Edit: I find it extremely interesting to see Roxanne's review appear only 2 hours after mine. You might want to review some other places before you sock puppet. It's really unfortunate when you place an order at a store for a product that's listed as in stock, only to receive an email that not only is the product actually not in stock - the price is wrong and the listed price will not be honoured. If Josh has done this to you as well, I would highly recommend contacting the Competition Bureau and filing a formal complaint. Don't waste your time with this business, buy from another vendor or the actual manufacturer (Pax Labs, in this case) and save yourself the trouble.

I needed to purchase a vaporizer for medicinal reasons and I have never bought one before so I had no idea what to look for. He gave me options based on my needs not based on price, he even recommended one that was less expensive than the one I was looking at.
