510-thread refillable cartridge for your oil vaporizer battery – Compatible both with e-juices and cannabis oils designed for vaporizing. It uses a ceramic coil and cotton wick to soak up and vaporize your liquid with a 2mm mouthpiece opening and 0.5mm oil atomizer holes.
How to open a vape cart for filling
To use refillable 510 carts, all you’ll need to do is load in your favorite oil after removing the ceramic mouth by twisting it off. Then, simply pour or syringe in your oil refill in. Once it’s filled, just thread the cartridge onto your favorite 510-thread battery and begin your vaporizing sessions as normal.
If your oil is very thick or viscous, you can also pre-heat it with a blow dryer to help the oil settle into the cartridge.
For best results, you may want to let the wick soak for up to 24 hours before use.
If you’re having trouble opening your cart, you can try using needle nose pliers paired with a vise grip plier to help keep the base secure as you twist the top off. Alternatively, you can also blow dry the mouthpiece to loosen up any hardened resin.
Reusable 510 cartridges USA
The Tools420 refillable oil vape cartridge is re-fillable and can be reused roughly 3 times each before they’ve reached the end of its lifespan. Try to stick to 510 vape batteries and not box mods, as they have much more power and will kill the wick very quickly.
Do all 510 cartridges fit?
510 thread cartridges are a universal size made to screw onto all 510 vape batteries. This model holds up to 1mL of oil or liquid, but isn’t compatible with waxy concentrates like live resin, shatter, or BHO.
If you’re using a draw-activated vape battery however, you may need a magnetic adapter like the Tronian Magnetic Adapter to activate the cart.

Can you hit a cartridge with a lighter?
No, the only reason you should be using a lighter on the cartridge is on the glass for a few seconds if you are using very viscous oil that works best when it’s somewhat primed.
