Shipping Policy

TERMS OF NOTICE: SIGNIFICANT DELAYS ON CERTAIN ORDERS

As of Dec 2020, the United States Congress has expanded the “Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking” (PACT) Act to cover vaping devices. Regrettably, this act affects all vaporizers being shipped across the United States and causes these items to go under heavier scrutiny than non-vaporizer related items.

All orders will reach their destination. However, in a few rare cases (4 out of 100), they may take up to 1 MONTH to pass through Customs. Please understand that Tool420 has no control over this and we do our best to ensure our customers receive their products as efficiently as possible.

If you should choose to cancel your order during this transitional time, we are more than happy to issue a refund but we cannot process these refunds immediately as the order is still on the way and cannot be reached by us. Once the order has been delivered, we kindly ask that it be denied (marked as ‘Return to Sender’) at which point, the refund will be processed.

Again, rest assured that these delays do not happen often but it is a possibility. As a small business we appreciate your understanding and patience while we deal with this in addition to Covid-19 related restrictions.

By reading these terms and clicking ‘I Agree’, you acknowledge that you understand your order could take longer than the expected delivery times generated by the USPS system. You also acknowledge that a refund can only be provided once you have chosen to mark your order as a return to Tools420.

COVID 19 SHIPPING UPDATE:

We are open and fully operational. We process all orders the same business day Mon- Friday until 1 pm EST. Please be advised due to Covid 19 and the large volume of parcels, there are some delays with all carries and customs. Currently, Canada Post/USPS has suspended all guaranteed delivery times until further notice. Packages that require a signature will get delivered without a signature or a pickup at your local post office will be requested by Canada Post.

SHIPPING

The prices listed on this website do not include shipping fees. Free shipping option available for Canadian/US orders over $70.

To protect your privacy we ship in simple, discreet packaging. However, in the customs papers, the product description will be labelled as an aromatherapy device or the vaporizer’s name.

We do our best to ship orders the same business day if orders are placed before 1 pm EST. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped via Expedited Post.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Upon delivery of the parcel, a resident 21 years of age or older are eligible to receive the package. Valid government identification will be required to confirm the age of the recipient.

SHIPPING RATES:

All shipping rates are calculated based on zip codes during checkout and all expected deliveries are APPROXIMATE and estimated directly by Canada Post/USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All parcels shipped to any international destinations are subject to that country’s taxes and customs duties. It is the responsibility of the receiver of the parcel to cover any applicable fees.

SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME

Canada Post/USPS Estimated delivery times are calculated directly by Canada Post.  You will be notified by email or phone if there is an issue causing a delay in dispatching your order.

TOOLS420 is unable to control issues due to a natural disaster or delays caused by Canada Post/USPS. We do our best to process and ship orders within 1 business day of receiving them… the rest is out of our hands.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Please note that shipping addresses not matching your credit card billing address may cause a delay in your order and may require additional verification or another method of payment.

DELIVERY & ORDER STATUS

You can monitor the status of your order, including shipping information and tracking number through your registered account or your invoice.

SHIPPING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

Shippers are third party carriers and deliveries are out of our control. Lost, damaged, and delayed packages are rare, but will be fully supported by the claim process if they occur. If the investigation proves the item as “lost,” insurance will provide additional security. There is no risk to our customers, however, there may be a delay in receiving the shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the receiver’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and monitor the tracking details to safely receive the parcels. Tools420 cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen parcels once delivered by Canada Post/USPS.
