TERMS OF NOTICE : Delays On Certain Orders
As of Dec 2020, the United States Congress has expanded the “Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking” (PACT) Act to cover vaping devices. Regrettably, this act affects all vaporizers being shipped across the United States and causes these items to go under heavier scrutiny than non-vaporizer related items.
All orders will reach their destination. However, in a few rare cases (4 out of 100), they may take up to 1 MONTH to pass through Customs. Please understand that Tool420 has no control over this and we do our best to ensure our customers receive their products as efficiently as possible.
If you should choose to cancel your order during this transitional time, we are more than happy to issue a refund but we cannot process these refunds immediately as the order is still on the way and cannot be reached by us. Once the order has been delivered, we kindly ask that it be denied (marked as ‘Return to Sender’) at which point, the refund will be processed.
Again, rest assured that these delays do not happen often but it is a possibility. As a small business we appreciate your understanding and patience while we deal with this in addition to Covid-19 related restrictions.

The reviews of products on sale at Tools420.com are original and authentic works, which reflect the experience and use of the product for the author. Upon delivery, a resident 21 years of age or older are eligible to receive the package. Valid government identification will be required to confirm the age of the recipient.

We have also sold a lot of products on our website on the “minimum advertised price,” also known as the “MAP” policy. MAP is essentially the cheapest price that retailers can set for products on the market. If retailers sell below MAP they will be breaking the law, and all such sales are unauthorized, which is why customers shouldn’t opt to purchase such vaporizers.
MAP is enforced by manufacturers in order to protect brand integrity, which is why they will not provide warranty cover for products that are sold below the lowest set price. If you want to purchase products at lower prices and still get a warranty, you should always purchase from an authorized retailer.
Purchasing any goods from Tools420.com indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service. All goods are sold for proper and lawful use and won’t be sold to individuals for illegal use. Unlawful or improper use may void your warranty.
We waive any responsibility for expected shipping dates – Shipping options are selected by the user and will give you an estimated delivery date. We are not bound by these dates and are not liable if your delivery date precedes or proceeds the estimated date of delivery. The delivery date range is the courier service’s responsibility, and no refunds will be given if the estimated date is exceeded.
We renounce all responsibility for using our products improperly. Furthermore, the retailer, the manufacturer, shareholders, directors, or employees will not be responsible for misusing the products.
It is advised that vaporizers should always be used under the guidance of a qualified professional, preferably someone in naturopathic medicine, aromatherapy, or medicine. Check the instruction manual and consult with someone who has used it, before using the vaporizer. Stop using it if you experience side effects or unusual symptoms and call your physician.

Returns and Order Cancelations
Items should be in their original, unused, and brand-new condition for returns. Due to hygiene and sanitary considerations, we cannot accept used vaporizers and accessories. Please ensure that items are shipped back within 30 days, accompanied by an RMA number. For more details, refer to our warranty and return page.
For order cancellations, please reach out to us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been processed. If it’s already processed, follow the standard return procedure mentioned earlier. Note that the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund. Shipping & Missing Package Policy
Shippers are third party carriers and deliveries are out of our control. Lost, damaged, and delayed packages are rare, but will be fully supported by the claim process if they occur. If the investigation proves the item as “lost,” insurance will provide additional security. There is no risk to our customers, however, there may be a delay in receiving the shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the receiver’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and monitor the tracking details to safely receive the parcels. Tools420 cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen parcels once delivered by Canada Post/USPS.
