How to Clean Your Veazy Cooling Unit 

You can read the official Veazy manual to understand the cleaning process in more depth. For a visual guide, below is the Venty’s cleaning process, showing a step-by-step method to help you understand how to disassemble and clean your Cooling Unit.

Step 1: Disassemble the Cooling Unit

1. Make sure the Cooling Unit is screwed onto the Veazy vaporizer.
2. Pull the mouthpiece out of the cooling unit while turning it slightly counterclockwise.
3. Put the edge of the mouthpiece into the notch of the orange Rotary Cap and turn it counterclockwise to open and pull out.
4. Pull off the Seal Ring from the Rotary Cap using the Filling Chamber Tool and the recess.
5. Pull the Cooling Unit Cap off the vaporizer.
6. Slide the Intermediate Base off the Cooling Unit Base.

Step 2: Clean the Cooling Unit

Steps:

1. Unscrew the Cooling Unit Base from the Veazy vaporizer by turning it 90° counterclockwise.
2. Press out the Screen from the Cooling Unit Base using the Filling Chamber Tool.
3. Lever out the large Base Seal Ring with the Filling Chamber Tool at the recess in the groove
4. Soak parts in isopropyl alcohol for 15-30 minutes.
5. Rinse thoroughly with running water for at least one minute.
6. Let all parts dry completely.
7. Inspect parts for cracks, damage, or discoloration and replace if needed.

Step 3: Reassemble the Cooling Unit

1. Assemble the parts in reverse order.
2. Slide the Intermediate Base onto the Cooling Unit Base.
3. Make sure all Seal Rings are properly in place.
4. Insert Screen in the groove provided for this purpose.
5. Put the Mouthpiece and orange Rotary Cap back in their places.
6. Screw the Cooling Unit Base back onto the vaporizer.
