Love everything about the ALP except two things: The mouthpiece gasket (it’s loose), and 2) The airtube is difficult to clean because of the stages of getting to it. Apart from those two knocks, the performance is stellar and it gives a good high.

I am very happy with the Legacy Pro. I have had it for a couple of days now, and it really is quite nice. It is my first portable vape, and my decision was between this and the Pax. I decided I liked the design of the Airvape more, and also a sale made it very tempting. I have yet to try a Pax, but the bar is high for me. This makes a very nice clean pull. Plenty of airflow as far as I am concerned (that was a negative point I saw in other reviews, I see no issue, though I have little to compare to). Another complaint was that it is bulky/heavy. I will admit, it seems a little heavy. I wouldn’t want to walk around with it in my jeans pocket. A coat pocket is very reasonable. I personally use it at home most of the time and I love it for that. Much easier than my desktop vape. It heats up very quickly, only a few seconds. It has modes to hold the power button for a pull, or to just heat to temperature and stay on. Both work equally well. The temperature control is simple to use, the digital readout is a nice touch. It vibrates when it is ready so you don’t have to be looking at it while you wait (which again, isn’t long at all). It can charge wired or wirelessly. (i wish their was a cap for the USBc port. I am sure it will get debris in it eventually).
Another fault I saw in reviews was that it is difficult to fill the chamber without making a mess. Well, they are not entirely wrong. With a steady hand, you can easily add your ground flower, but you are probably going to spill a little around the chamber. IMO it is a minor inconvenience, but it certainly could be better.
Overall, I love the design and functionality of the Legacy pro. I think I am going to enjoy it long term as well. And being that it comes with a lifetime warranty, I am betting it will be relatively well supported.
I would still be interested in trying a Pax for comparison, but I think it’s main point over the Airvape would be size/weight, and ease of fill. For functionality, options, and all around cool feel, the Legacy pro is going to be hard to beat for me.
