• With the Pulsar APX wax vaporizer, you get the device itself, a dab tool, a dab container, a USB charger, and an instruction manual.

There are no temperature settings on the Pulsar APX wax vaporizer, as it uses a fix voltage device for its triple quartz coils. 

The temperature gradually increases as you hold the power button, and then you release the button when you are satisfied with the temperature. Fixed wattage devices can be good for newbies who might get confused with what temperature setting to use, who might not know the best wattage to vape wax. The heating element on the Pulsar APX wax vaporizer uses three quartz coils. This is different than a lot of other vaporizers that use quartz coils because usually we only see one or two coils. Overall, it’s not a bad looking device, especially for the price of it. But it is a bit awkwardly designed, despite how small it is. We think a device like the Utillian 5 v3 looks a little bit better than the APX Wax vaporizer. 

How to use the Pulsar APX Wax?

The Pulsar APX wax vaporizer is very easy to use. Let’s take a look at a sample session:

1. Just take off the glass mouthpiece to expose the heating chamber and add your concentrates onto the coils.
2. If you have concentrates that are stickier, the manufacturer recommends that you let the device heat up for a few seconds to make it easier to load.
3. Once it’s loaded up, hit the power button five times and the unit will turn on, indicated by LED lights. When it’s on, press the button to fire up the heating element.
4. When it’s ready to rip, the logo light will go from red to green.
5. After that, keep holding the power button and inhale.

When you’re finished drawing in, release the button and clear the rest of the vapor that remains. This is a very straightforward and easy to use device.
